General Booking Information

Please find all important information about booking and your stay in our booking information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

General information about your booking

For fixed bookings we ask you for a deposit of 40% of the booked service. We ask for your understanding that we are happy to consider certain flats, but cannot make binding commitments.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• up to 21 days before arrival 20% of the booking price
• up to 14 days before arrival 40% of the booking price
• up to 7 days before arrival 80 % of the booking price
• for cancellations at short notice from 6 days before arrival, for no-shows or early departures, the total amount will be charged!

When making your booking, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover the cancellation costs incurred in the event of accident or illness of the insured person or family member before the start of the holiday or during the stay.

Means of payment and bank details

Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer (only for deposits) or by debit card, Visa, Mastercard, JCB.

Prices & Taxes

All prices are in Euro per flat for 2 persons per day excluding local tax.

Check-in/Check-out

On the day of arrival the flats are ready for occupancy from 16:00, on the day of departure we ask for check-out by 10:00. We can only offer late check-out on request, subject to availability.

Occupancy & Children

Our flats are generously designed for 2 people. Additional occupancy is possible on request for EUR 50,- per person/day. There is no reduction for children.

Pets

Are you planning to bring your dog?

Please clarify this with us in advance. Small well-behaved dogs are welcome on request and we charge EUR 15,- per dog and day, without food. In return, we will gladly provide you with a bowl and a dog blanket or towels. Furthermore, we have a practical garden fountain next to the house entrance where you can wash your dog in summer.

However, we ask for your understanding and consideration for other guests that your four-legged friend is not allowed to lie in beds or on sofas. Furthermore, the garden area should not be used as a toilet for your dog.

If you bring a dog with you, the landlord reserves the right to charge you for any final cleaning that may be necessary or for any damage that may have occurred.

Car parking

A free parking space is available during your stay.

Things to know

Smoking is not permitted in the flat, but ashtrays are available on the terraces and in the garden.

Our flats are barrier-free.
